MEGA fm - Sample Pack 1

I've been sampling the much sought after MEGA fm synthesiser, with genuine chips from the Sega Megadrive – and made patches for the OP-1, the OP-Z and also preserved high quality WAV files of all the sounds in both the unique to the MEGA fm true stereo sound, and mono sounds for samplers that don't handle stereo sound.

There are 331 samples all in all. I've recorded around 30 patches in different octaves, with different drive levels, and different variations on the percussive sounds. The the OP-1 and OP-Z there are 30 sampler synth patches, and 1 rhythmical kit.

I love the FM synthesis of the SEGA Megadrive, so this is a project of sheer passion for me. I hope you'll find the pack as inspirational as I found making it.
